So I’ve gone through some emotional turmoil recently and I want to do my best to make some life changes. I have a lot little goals in mind, but I’m hoping most of all that I can change some bad habits and replace them with some good ones. I want to live healthier, get more active, be happier, work harder and stay thankful for everything I have and everyone special in my life. I think what I need to remember most is that if I stray from one of my goals that doesn’t mean I should give up on it or slack off. Time to be diligent and live for me! These next three months are going to be critical to the next phase in my life. I’d appreciate any love and support you can throw my way.
